Oral rehabilitation and written second-opinion dentistry in Asunción. Before I touch anything, I think. Before I plan, I listen.
Message me on MensajeTwenty years treating mouths in Asunción taught me something: the patient is not a thing. They're a person trusting me with their health.
Your history matters more than your X-ray. The first consultation is to understand what happened to you, not to sell you a treatment.
Every case begins with a plan, not a drill. Planning is what makes the difference. Execution is the easiest part.
If a tooth can be restored, it is restored. If a crown is well done, it's left alone. Nothing needs to be replaced just for the sake of it.
Endodontics, orthodontics, surgery, implants: I connect you with trusted colleagues and work as a team.
What I do. What I refer is listed at the end, honestly.
Full-mouth reconstruction for complex cases: missing teeth, failed restorations, accumulated operative work. A plan, not patches.

What I don't do (honestly): endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, implants (surgical part). I refer to trusted colleagues.
It's the full reconstruction of a mouth with much to resolve. Missing teeth, old failed restorations, accumulated work. It's not "fixing one tooth." It's looking at the whole mouth, understanding what happened, and building a plan that's clinically, functionally, and economically sound.
Patients with multiple missing teeth, failed treatments, accumulated work, old crowns, chronic pain nobody could explain. Patients who went from office to office without finding a solution.
1. I listen. 2. I explain with the panoramic X-ray on screen. 3. We plan together. 4. I execute with clinical judgment. 5. I refer when appropriate.
It's not "veneers for everyone." It's not "fix what you can and leave the rest." It's not "the most expensive plan." If what you need is something conservative, I'll tell you.
If another professional told you that you need important treatment and you want to confirm, bring the quote. I'll give you a formal second opinion, all in writing.
You were told you need endodontics, a crown, an extraction, or a large treatment plan. You were quoted something that seems expensive. You already started a treatment and want to confirm.
Analysis of previous X-rays, full clinical exam, review of the proposed plan, alternative plan documented in writing, referral to a specialist if appropriate.
What we discuss is strictly between you and me. If you decide not to proceed with my proposal, I deliver all the documentation in writing. I never speak poorly of a colleague: I don't know their full context.
